These prompts are designed for **voice journaling** (30–60 seconds). Keep it short and specific.

## The 60-second format

1) Say a short **title** (2–6 words).  
2) Answer the prompt in **2–3 sentences**.  
3) End with **one tag** in brackets: `[focused]`, `[stressed]`, `[okay]`, `[clear]`.
