# Morning Journal Prompts Pack (Printable)

These prompts are designed for **voice journaling** (30–60 seconds). Keep it short and specific.

## The 60-second format

1) Say a short **title** (2–6 words).  
2) Answer the prompt in **2–3 sentences**.  
3) End with **one tag** in brackets: `[clear]`, `[wired]`, `[anxious]`, `[calm]`.

5. If I feel stuck later, what’s my fallback plan?
6. What do I need right now: rest, movement, connection, food, or clarity?
7. What is one decision I can postpone on purpose?
8. What is one thought I can write down and set aside?
9. What would I tell a friend starting this day?
10. What is one small act of courage I can do today?

## Focus + action (10)

1. What is the first 5-minute action to start momentum?
2. What’s the one task that makes everything else easier?
3. What would I do if I only had 2 focused hours today?
4. What is one distraction I’ll remove (one tab, one app, one notification)?
5. When is my next deep-work block and where will I do it?
